What does this process look like?
First is the Consultation where I gather a bit of preliminary information about your tax problem.
-
What is your balance due and how old is it?
-
Have your wages or bank accounts been levied?
-
What letters have you received recently?
-
Is there a Revenue Officer assigned to your case?
Case Evaluation
Second is the Case Evaluation, which is the investigation and planning stage. This is where the real work begins to figure out the details of your tax problem and determine your options for getting it fixed.
Knowledge and Tools to Stay on Track
Finally, the Resolution stage of your case. This is where we put the Case Evaluation plan into action to resolve your tax problem. When your case is complete, you’ll have a resolution with the IRS and the knowledge and tools to stay on track moving forward.
